About The Position

CGC Home Services is seeking a confident, self-motivated Door-to-Door Canvasser to connect with homeowners in residential neighborhoods in the Jacksonville area and generate qualified leads for its plumbing and water treatment teams. The role involves introducing homeowners to the company’s products and services, communicating their value, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. Previous door-to-door or canvassing experience is required; water treatment industry experience is not required, as product and service training is provided. The company describes itself as a high-growth, high-performance business and a three-time “TOP PLACES to Work” company. Compensation includes guaranteed base pay, commission, and incentives.

Responsibilities

Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation.
Introduce homeowners to company products and services and communicate their value.
Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Work toward established lead, appointment, and performance goals.
Maintain regular communication and accountability with the manager.
Be receptive to coaching, feedback, and continued development to improve performance.
