About The Position

Commonwealth Credit Union Tellers are front-line staff who work with members to meet their financial needs and provide quality member service. They greet members as they enter the branch and accurately and efficiently process financial transactions affecting members’ share or loan accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Tellers maintain cash and negotiable balancing standards, examine checks, follow internal controls to safeguard credit union funds and assets, organize work, and maintain accurate records. They maintain knowledge of credit union products and services to confidently support sales efforts.
