About The Position
The Teller processes customer transactions at FNBO branch locations while providing exceptional, consistent, efficient, and accurate service. The role calls for a friendly, positive, and outgoing professional who takes pride in their work, seeks opportunities to exceed customer expectations, and makes sound decisions in support of customers. Tellers are part of a team and participate in training activities to develop their skills and contribute to individual and team success. The role is anticipated to be onsite at the posted location; the work location may change based on business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Previous Teller experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
