About The Position

The Product Specialist delivers exceptional customer service, educates guests about cannabis products, and supports retail operations during peak hours at From The Earth in Raytown, Missouri. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility in Missouri.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain an Agent ID card from the State of Missouri.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Cannabis product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service to all guests.
• Educate customers on product offerings, consumption methods, and responsible use.
• Help customers select products based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized and compliant inventory on the sales floor.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the dispensary.
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment.
