About The Position

The Product Specialist at From The Earth in Independence, Missouri, delivers customer service, educates guests about cannabis products, and supports retail operations during peak hours. The position pays $15.00 per hour plus tips. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility in Missouri, and pass a background check and obtain a Missouri Agent ID card. The role requires the ability to work scheduled evenings, weekends, and holidays, stand for extended periods, and perform light physical tasks.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility in Missouri.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Must pass a background check and obtain an Agent ID card from the State of Missouri.

• Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Cannabis product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service to all guests.
