About The Position

From The Earth is a community-focused dispensary that provides cannabis products and customer service in an inclusive, supportive environment. The Delivery Driver ensures timely, safe, and accurate delivery of cannabis products to customers while maintaining professionalism and complying with state regulations. The schedule is Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM working as a budtender, and Saturday through Monday from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM as a driver. The position is based at From The Earth in Independence, Missouri, and pays $15.00 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check as required by Missouri state law.
• Ability to handle sensitive items with care and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport cannabis products to customers within designated delivery zones.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor during customer handoffs.
• Verify and document orders before delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Follow Missouri state regulations and company policies concerning cannabis transportation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
• Keep detailed delivery logs and handle cash or card transactions when necessary.
• Communicate with dispatch and the store team to address delivery issues.
• Assist with in-store tasks during non-peak delivery hours as required.
