Raytown-Gregory Animal Health Center is seeking a veterinarian to join its established, multi-doctor, AAHA-accredited small-animal hospital in Raytown, Missouri. The practice provides comprehensive general veterinary medicine, including wellness and preventive care, internal medicine, diagnostics, dentistry, dermatology, senior care, pain management, soft-tissue surgery, orthopedics, and client education. The role is open to new graduates and experienced veterinarians. Doctors have clinical autonomy and opportunities to develop their interests through collaboration and in-house mentorship, including dentistry, advanced soft-tissue surgery, and selected orthopedic procedures such as TPLO. These advanced procedural interests are opportunities for development, not prerequisites. New graduates can participate in a structured, one-year mentorship program with a dedicated Clinical Mentor, schedule overlap, regular mentor meetings, goal-setting, virtual rounds, and professional development. Additional learning opportunities include a five-day surgical mentorship program and a two-day dental wet lab led by a veterinary dental specialist. Experienced veterinarians can continue developing their interests through in-house mentorship, collaboration, and a Clinical Tracks Program with complimentary RACE-approved continuing education facilitated by network specialists. The full-service hospital is equipped for general practice and advanced medicine, with a CO₂ surgical laser, in-house ultrasound, echocardiology services, dental imaging and diagnostic radiology equipment, in-house diagnostics, and surgical and dentistry capabilities. Veterinarians can consult with board-certified specialists in the affiliated network on complex cases. The practice emphasizes teamwork, open communication, compassionate care, strong client relationships, and continued learning. The veterinarian builds lasting relationships with clients and their pets, leads patient care from diagnosis through treatment, communicates findings and treatment plans, and collaborates with the paraprofessional team. The position is full-time and on-site, with a stated base salary range of $110,000–$135,000 and a monthly production bonus with no negative accrual.
