About The Position

The Teller processes customer transactions at FNBO branch locations and is accountable for providing exceptional service. Tellers work with customers in a friendly, positive manner, delivering consistent, efficient, and accurate service while seeking opportunities to exceed customer expectations. They are empowered to make decisions that meet customers’ needs and should take pride in their work and follow FNBO’s Operating Philosophy.

Tellers work as part of a team, participate in training activities, and develop their skills while contributing to individual and team success. The role is expected to be performed onsite at the posted location, although the work location may change based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
