About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller to join its National Branch Network. In this customer-focused, front-line role, the Teller supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately completing transactions and delivering a welcoming, reliable experience. Tellers serve as a primary point of contact, represent the branch through attentive service, and help customers learn about relevant products, services, and digital tools. They identify customer needs and connect customers with a banker for detailed product conversations. The role works closely with branch teammates to support daily operations and a consistent customer experience, and provides foundational retail banking experience with opportunities for career growth supported by training, coaching, and teamwork. The position is based at 19309 Soledad Canyon Rd, Canyon County, CA 91351. The schedule includes Saturdays. The position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. The posted base pay range is $22.00–$27.50; pay may vary based on factors including performance, skills, experience, and work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and direct them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build customer relationships, listen to understand everyday financial needs, and connect customers with relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, using sound judgment and managing risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly, use active listening, and provide straightforward solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations when needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
