About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller to join its National Branch Network. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately processing transactions and providing a welcoming, reliable experience. The Teller is a primary point of contact for customers and represents the branch through strong service, attention to detail, and genuine care. The Teller builds foundational banking skills by learning about customers’ needs and introducing helpful products, services, and digital tools. The role includes identifying opportunities to support customers and connecting them with a banker for detailed product conversations. The Teller works closely with branch teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The position offers exposure to retail banking and potential for long-term career growth, supported by Wells Fargo training, coaching, and a team-based culture. The position is located at 6707 NW 186th ST, Hialeah, FL 33015. The schedule will include Saturdays. The position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process transactions and engage customers with care to deliver a positive, reliable branch experience.
Process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships, actively listen to understand everyday financial needs, and connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in line with policies and controls.
Clarify customer needs and provide clear, simple solutions or next steps through strong communication and active listening.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk programs, policies, procedures, and compliance obligations; monitor and escalate risks or issues as appropriate.
