About The Position

The Country Club Activities Supervisor oversees recreational activities and facilities at Lakewood Country Club, part of the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa. The role supervises recreation associates, coordinates guest activities and events, and maintains facilities and equipment to high standards. The supervisor helps ensure guests have a safe, clean, enjoyable experience, addresses concerns, and improves recreational offerings based on guest feedback.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests, promote recreational offerings, and encourage participation in activities.
• Create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for guests.
• Lead, train, and motivate the recreation team, ensuring staff follow safety protocols and hospitality standards.
• Enforce safety guidelines for recreational activities, including those involving pool and sports facilities.
• Oversee the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of recreational facilities and equipment.
• Ensure equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Organize special events and themed activities in collaboration with other hotel departments.
• Solicit and assess guest feedback, then implement improvements to recreational offerings.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to provide guests with an enjoyable experience.
