About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network at the Green Meadows branch. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions. The Teller accurately processes transactions while providing a welcoming, reliable experience and representing the branch through strong service, attention to detail, and care. The role builds foundational banking skills by helping Tellers learn about customers’ needs and introduce helpful products, services, and digital tools. Tellers identify opportunities to support customers and connect them with bankers for detailed product conversations. They work closely with branch teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly and provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The position is based at 1701 Greenview Southwest, Rochester, MN 55902. The schedule includes Saturdays. The role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. The base pay range is $20.00–$26.00; pay may vary based on factors including prior performance, skills, experience, and work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build customer relationships, listen to understand everyday financial needs, and connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercising sound judgment and managing risk in line with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly and listen actively to clarify needs and provide simple solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues to support timely resolution.
