About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller to join its National Branch Network in a customer-focused, front-line role. The Teller supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately completing transactions and providing a welcoming, reliable experience. As a primary point of contact, the Teller represents the branch through attentive service and care, learns about customers’ needs, introduces relevant products, services, and digital tools, and connects customers with a banker for more detailed product conversations. The role works closely with branch teammates to support smooth daily operations and a consistent customer experience. It offers exposure to retail banking and opportunities for career growth supported by Wells Fargo training, coaching, and team-based culture. The position is located at 1900 E Victory Dr, Savannah, Georgia 31404-3713. The work schedule includes Saturdays. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The posting end date is October 29, 2026, though the posting may be removed earlier due to applicant volume.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships and actively listen to identify everyday financial needs and connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Use communication and active listening to clarify needs and provide clear solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; fulfill risk and compliance obligations; and escalate and remediate issues in a timely and effective manner.
