About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network at the Shorewood, Wisconsin location. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions. The Teller processes transactions accurately, provides a welcoming and reliable experience, and serves as a primary point of contact for customers. The position offers an opportunity to build foundational banking skills by learning about customers’ needs and introducing them to relevant products, services, and digital tools. The Teller identifies opportunities to support customers and connects them with bankers for detailed product conversations. Working closely with branch teammates, the Teller helps maintain smooth daily operations and a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships and actively listen to understand everyday financial needs.
Connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly, ask questions to clarify customer needs, and provide straightforward solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; monitor and escalate risks and issues as appropriate.
