About The Position

MyUSA Credit Union is a member-owned, over $350 million financial institution with offices in Middletown (2), Trenton, Kettering (2), Moraine, Springfield and Vandalia. We are seeking interested candidates for a Teller position at our corporate branch in Middletown. MyUSA Tellers provide extraordinary member service both in person and over the phone, following standards set by the Credit Union and working in a casual, fun office environment.

Effective communication skills (oral and written)
Strong organizational skills to provide a high level of accuracy on all transactions
Possess team “attitude” and professionalism at all times
Strong computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment as needed to perform the role such as computer, calculator, copier
Minimum High School Graduate

Nice To Haves

Previous sales and cash handling experience preferred
Ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where individuals are encouraged to be self-starters, but also work in collaboration with team members
Banking: Experience preferred
Customer service: Experience preferred
