About The Position

TENCU is seeking an enthusiastic, service-driven Teller Supervisor to lead daily teller operations at our Bellevue Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys coaching others, building strong member relationships, and helping a team succeed. As a Teller Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional member experiences, and supporting branch growth through leadership, referrals, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of management or supervisory experience required, plus some college coursework; OR Three years of financial institution experience with at least two years of management experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial institution operations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM with a minimum accuracy rate of 95%.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.
  • Ability to travel to TENCU's Main Branch and other locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or coursework in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily teller line operations and support the development of branch staff.
  • Coach team members to deliver outstanding member service and achieve branch goals.
  • Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
  • Monitor branch transactions, balancing activities, corrections, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with Risk Management and Internal Audit to maintain operational integrity.
  • Communicate branch goals, performance expectations, and organizational initiatives to staff.
  • Assist with operational reporting, documentation, and workflow improvements.
  • Support community engagement, business development, and marketing initiatives.
  • Help maintain branch facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure a professional environment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support branch and organizational success.
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs.
