About The Position

Town & Country Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative (MSR) to provide friendly, accurate service and serve as a welcoming point of contact for members. The role handles a variety of financial transactions, assists members in person, by phone, and by mail, identifies their needs, and helps resolve concerns. MSRs also balance their cash drawers and may recommend products and services that add value to members. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule of varying shifts Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays, for 20–25 hours per week. The credit union describes itself as a team of 170 professionals across 11 branches in Fargo, West Fargo, Minot, Kenmare, and Stanley. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of related experience in a financial institution or similar cashier role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Accuracy and comfort working with numbers.
Basic computer proficiency and keyboarding skills.
Availability for varying shifts Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays, 20–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
Balance the cash drawer daily and ensure transactions are accurate.
Assist members in person, over the phone, and by mail.
Identify member needs and cross-sell products and services that add value.
Resolve member concerns professionally and efficiently.
