About The Position

Town & Country Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Services Representative (MSR) to serve as a welcoming point of contact for members. The role handles financial transactions and supports a friendly, seamless member experience through in-person, telephone, and mail service. MSRs identify member needs, recommend relevant products and services, and resolve concerns professionally. The position involves 20–25 hours per week, with varying Monday–Friday shifts and rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience at a financial institution or in a similar cashier role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accuracy and comfort working with numbers.
• Basic computer proficiency and keyboarding skills.
• Availability for a flexible schedule with varying Monday–Friday shifts and rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Balance the cash drawer daily and ensure transactions are accurate.
• Assist members in person, over the phone, and by mail.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell products and services that add value.
• Resolve member concerns professionally and efficiently.
