About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is hiring a full-time Teller/Member Service Representative for its West Bend - Meijer Branch. The role helps members with everyday banking needs while providing welcoming, personalized service. The representative assists with financial transactions and account questions, introduces members to digital banking tools, and connects them with financial products and services that support their goals. No previous banking experience is required; comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and professional development are provided. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
Comfort using computers, digital tools, and customer service systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Genuine interest in helping people, building relationships, and learning about financial products and services.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, customer service, sales, guest relations, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required.
