About The Position
Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at its Devils Lake Office. The role involves customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment. The position is in-office and guarantees 20–29 hours per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, with an 11:00 AM start time one day each week, plus two Saturdays per month from 8:45 AM–1:15 PM. Saturday hours receive an additional $5 per hour. The pay range is $17.50–$18.50 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right.
- Positive, upbeat attitude and genuine desire to help others.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with everyday banking transactions and create a warm, helpful experience.
- Build customer relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding.
- Open new accounts and educate customers about products and services that fit their needs.
- Balance the cash drawer and maintain accuracy.
- Follow service, security, and compliance guidelines.
