About The Position

Triangle Credit Union is hiring a part-time Teller 1 for 25 hours per week at its Derry location. The role provides friendly, professional, personalized service to members while accurately processing transactions and handling money. A set schedule may be possible but is subject to change and may include some Saturday coverage.

Requirements

• Customer service skills are essential.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Sales acumen.
• Attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach.

Nice To Haves

• Prior teller or cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, personalized service to all members using Service Strategies.
• Accurately handle money and process member account transactions with a sense of urgency.
• Work collaboratively with internal members to resolve member inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Cover a variety of work responsibilities when other tellers are away from their workstations, including working at the drive-up window as needed.
• Promote and cross-sell products and services to meet or exceed branch and company objectives.
