About The Position

The telephone interviewer conducts activities associated with the collection of data from caregivers receiving various services, such as MST. This position will represent ABH® and its services in a positive and professional manner and adhere to ABH®’s best practices, guidelines, policies and procedures as established, promoting ABH® as a leader in behavioral healthcare in all interactions and work.

Requirements

• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) required
• Associate’s Degree required
• 1 year customer service/administrative work experience required

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Conducts activities associated with the collection of data from caregivers receiving various services, such as MST.
• Represents ABH® and its services in a positive and professional manner.
• Adheres to ABH®’s best practices, guidelines, policies and procedures.

• Attends annual Conflict of Interest training.
