About The Position

This is a part-time position where the employee will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, calling bingo games, selling bingo cards, verifying winners, and managing payouts. The role also involves inventory management, data entry, and ensuring adherence to game procedures.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to call bingo numbers/games clearly and concisely.
Ability to maintain consistent timing of games.
Ability to sell bingo cards and handle cash/change accurately.
Ability to verify winning numbers and process payouts.
Familiarity with inventory procedures.
Knowledge of players club earning/redemption procedures.
Ability to organize and complete paperwork accurately.
Understanding of game procedures.
Ability to maintain cleanliness of bingo tables.
Data entry skills.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to customers, both internal and external.
Call bingo numbers/games clearly and concisely, maintaining consistent game timing.
Sell bingo cards to customers and provide change.
Verify winning numbers and perform proper payouts to winning customers.
Perform inventory of bingo carts issued for each session.
Remain familiar with players club earning/redemption procedures.
Organize and accurately complete all paperwork for each session of bingo pertaining to the bingo console.
Ensure proper procedures are being followed for all games.
Keep bingo tables free and clear of used cards and other debris.
Perform data entry when needed.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
