About The Position

The NC Baptist family is a mission-driven team that pursues excellence to help local North Carolina Baptist churches accomplish more together for God's kingdom. N.C. Baptists partner to take the gospel of Jesus to all the nations. As a member of our team, you help resource and mobilize local churches in becoming a movement of churches on mission together. We're looking for a friendly, dependable team player who communicates clearly to join our Marketing & Communications Group as a temporary non-exempt Annual Church Profile Caller. On mission together, to help NC Baptist churches stay connected and engaged with the Annual Church Profile (ACP) in a manner that honors Christ.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly and personable, comfortable speaking with people by phone.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service, phone outreach, or church ministry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calling churches to remind them that ACP opens January 1
• Answering basic questions when possible and collecting questions that need follow-up
• Tracking calls made, voicemails left, and questions received in a Google Worksheet
