About The Position
The Telemetry Technician at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California, provides clerical and administrative support, admitting activities, and insurance verification in the PCC/SDU units. The role also observes cardiac monitors, runs and measures telemetry strips, and reports significant dysrhythmias to the nurse. This is a full-time position with 12-hour night shifts. Requirements
- Complete a basic Dysrhythmia or Basic EKG class within 90 days of hire.
- Hold National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Have 1 year of experience working in a healthcare-related setting or field.

- Have successfully completed (passed) a Basic Dysrhythmia or Basic EKG class.
