About The Position
EverWatch is seeking a Telecommunications Technical Analyst to support Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) missions and advance intelligence capabilities. The role applies technical expertise and mission understanding to optimize and configure collection resources, evaluate technical mission needs, and provide actionable recommendations. The analyst works with military services, Second and Third Party partners, and industry vendors to develop and evolve customer-focused solutions supporting mission success. The position involves supporting mission and collection management, operational use and fielding of intelligence collection systems, technical analyses of telecommunications and collection capabilities, and SIGINT system development and acquisition. The analyst also provides technical guidance, supports training development, mentors junior personnel, and advises the Government on technical and program considerations.
Requirements
- 10 years of professional experience supporting military and/or government cryptologic missions, including experience as a military or government collector, language analyst, or signals analyst supporting acquisition, identification, processing, and reporting of electromagnetic emissions.
- Experience with DNI and optical telecommunications, including DX/XKS/Lopers/DNIP tools.
- Experience supporting Mission Management and Collection Management activities, implementing collection-tasking strategies, responding to collection requirements, and reviewing and validating collection priorities.
- Experience providing operational and technical support during installation, upgrade, testing, and fielding of intelligence collection systems.
- Experience coordinating with OPCs, TOPIs, government customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and report collection statistics, metrics, operational activities, and signal characteristics.
- Experience conducting all-source research, assessing site capabilities and end-to-end data flows, identifying collection problems, and optimizing collection activities.
- Experience in SIGINT system development and acquisition, including requirements analysis, system specifications, prototyping, integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, technical planning, and budget development.
- Ability to provide technical guidance, support training development, mentor junior personnel, and advise the Government on technical and program considerations.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- High school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and configure collection resources and evaluate technical mission needs.
- Provide recommendations to inform mission and collection decisions.
- Support Mission Management and Collection Management activities, including implementing collection-tasking strategies, responding to collection requirements, and reviewing and validating collection priorities.
- Provide operational and technical support to users during installation, upgrades, testing, and fielding of current, prototype, and new intelligence collection systems.
- Coordinate with Offices of Primary Concern (OPCs), TOPIs, government customers, and other stakeholders to support accurate collection assessments and effective intelligence dissemination.
- Gather, analyze, and report collection statistics, metrics, operational activities, and signal characteristics through logs, summaries, and other communications.
- Conduct all-source research to identify target communications, assess site capabilities and end-to-end data flows, identify collection problems, and optimize collection activities.
- Provide technical expertise in SIGINT system development and acquisition, including requirements analysis, system specifications, prototyping, integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, technical planning, and budget development.
- Provide technical guidance, support training development, mentor junior personnel in SIGINT analytical tradecraft, and advise the Government on technical, contractual, cost, schedule, supportability, and effectiveness considerations.
