About The Position

The Analyst Telecommunications supports current and future Unified Communications infrastructure as part of the Information Technology Systems department’s Unified Communications group. The position is responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining PCA’s Unified Communications infrastructure and providing 24x7 support for it.

Requirements

• Information Technology certificate or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Systems is strongly preferred.
• Previous work experience in related Information Technology Systems areas (1–2 years) is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Unified Communications administration.
• Familiarity with Local and Wide Area Networks.
• Familiarity with investigating and resolving first-level help desk service requests.
• Basic keyboarding and editing skills.
• Strong organizational skills to handle numerous details, deadlines, and requests.
• Ability to adapt to and work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Ability to evaluate and prioritize tasks for efficiency and completeness.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of plant and corporate personnel, customers, and vendors.
• Appropriate requirements for computer word processing.

Responsibilities
