About The Position
Highland Hospital is seeking an experienced Switchboard Operator. The position answers the hospital’s main line and directs incoming calls. The schedule is Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The hourly salary range is $17.50 to $22.60. Individual compensation within the range is determined using factors including market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience.
- Customer service skills.

- Ability to operate a switchboard.
