About The Position

Highland Hospital is seeking an experienced Switchboard Operator to answer the hospital’s main line and direct incoming calls. The position is scheduled Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Monday through Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The hourly salary range is $17.50 to $22.60. Individual pay within the range will be determined based on factors including market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to operate a switchboard.
