About The Position
Highland Hospital is seeking an experienced Switchboard Operator to answer the hospital’s main line and direct all incoming calls. The schedule is Friday from 5pm to 9pm and Saturday from 8am to 4pm. The hourly salary range is $17.50–$22.60. Individual pay within the range is determined by factors including market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience.
- Customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to operate a switchboard is desirable.
