About The Position
Join the team as a day-shift, full-time PBX Telecom Operator in Albuquerque, NM. This role receives and transfers incoming customer calls and provides support services such as paging staff, assisting with general information, and providing after-hours phone services. The operator follows policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance. Lovelace Health System includes six hospitals, 51 healthcare clinics, and seven outpatient therapy clinics, with 619 inpatient beds. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Six months of related experience in telecom, as a PBX operator, or in a call center.
- Basic computer skills.
