About The Position
Provide technical support in the use of hardware and software to multiple campuses. To efficiently install, operate, up-grade, repair, re-purpose, and maintain computer software, hardware, PC, printer, scanner, camera, and projectors.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/ Some College
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications
- Ability to analyze and resolve computer hardware and software problems
- Knowledge of technologies available for use in instructional settings
- Ability to repair computer and technology equipment
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience within the district in the classroom, computer lab, and campus technology.
Responsibilities
- Install, operate, upgrade, repair, repurpose, and maintain computer software, hardware, PCs, printers, scanners, cameras, and projectors.
- Provide technical support in the use of hardware and software to multiple campuses.
