About The Position

The Technology Project Manager supports planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities across multiple workstreams. The role tracks deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks, maintains project documentation, facilitates meetings, and supports reporting and stakeholder updates. It also helps ensure project work aligns with PMO methodologies, standards, and tools. The role calls for someone able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with stakeholders and vendors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in a project coordination, project management, or PMO support role.
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to vendor or third-party management processes.
PMP, CAPM, or similar certification, or working toward one.
Experience working within a PMO or centralized project governance environment.
Exposure to procurement, contract lifecycle management, or vendor performance tracking.
Understanding of risk and change management practices.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams.
Track project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure documentation is up to date.
Organize and facilitate project meetings; prepare agendas and minutes; and follow up on action items.
Support project reporting, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
Help ensure alignment with PMO methodologies, standards, and tools.
