About The Position

The Technology Project Manager assists in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams. The role tracks deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks, maintains project documentation, facilitates meetings, and supports project reporting and stakeholder updates. It also helps ensure alignment with PMO methodologies, standards, and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a PMO support role.
Exposure to vendor or third-party management processes is highly desirable.
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

PMP, CAPM, or similar certification, or working toward one.
Experience working within a PMO or centralized project governance environment.
Exposure to procurement, contract lifecycle management, or vendor performance tracking.
Understanding of risk and change management practices.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
