About The Position

The Technology Operations Coordinator manages the technology lifecycle for new store openings, store transfers, POS conversions, relocations, and remodels. As a member of the retail solutions team, this role helps ensure that technology-related work for franchisees proceeds smoothly, including when stores open, change ownership, or convert to new technology platforms. The coordinator works with franchisees, vendors, and internal team members through retail IT processes to complete technology activities on time and provide a smooth experience for restaurants. The position requires strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of restaurant technology systems, particularly POS platforms, as well as the ability to use data and technology tools to support deployment readiness, issue resolution, and operational decision-making.
