About The Position

The Technology Operations Coordinator manages the technology-related lifecycles for new store openings, store transfers, POS conversions, relocations, and remodels. As a member of the retail solutions team, this role helps franchisees smoothly open stores, transfer ownership, or convert to new technology platforms. The coordinator works with franchisees, vendors, and internal team members to complete technology-related activities on schedule and support a smooth experience for restaurants. The position requires strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of restaurant technology systems, particularly point-of-sale (POS) platforms, as well as the ability to use data and technology tools to support deployment readiness, issue resolution, and operational decision-making.
