About The Position

The Technology Insights & Enablement Associate is an internal-facing role on Fingerpaint’s Product & Applied AI team, combining technology storytelling with hands-on building. The role keeps Fingerpaint teams informed about technology, AI, and industry developments; tracks vendors; and supports product launches and new business with clear, current content. It applies curiosity about technology to life sciences marketing and uses an AI-first approach to build systems, workflows, and reusable assets that make work faster and more consistent. The position also calls for strong storytelling and editorial judgment, including carefully reviewing and refining AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and meaning. The Product & Applied AI team partners with the business to build Fingerpaint solutions and evolve how the agency works, including foundations, software, agents, tools, and workflows. This position supports that work by curating useful technology intelligence, translating emerging technology into relevant use cases, and developing repeatable product and sales communications. The role requires working a hybrid schedule of two days per week in Fingerpaint’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling use cases and stories for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong editorial judgment and ability to identify meaningful information and explain its relevance.
  • AI-first working style, with daily hands-on use of enterprise AI tools, including project and agent features, to perform and scale work.
  • Experience building no-code or low-code automations and workflows, and comfort working with engagement data.
  • Systems-thinking approach and preference for building repeatable solutions rather than delivering one-off work.
  • High agency, bias for action, and ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders with minimal direction.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule of two days per week in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office.

  • Background in knowledge management or content operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, document, and maintain AI-powered systems that monitor and synthesize technology, AI, and industry developments into curated internal updates.

  • Partner with Learning & Development, as appropriate, to amplify relevant information and inspiration across the agency.
  • Build and maintain a library of relevant AI and technology vendors, manage internal questions about emerging tools, and coordinate vendor capability meetings in support of decisions made by Product & Applied AI leadership.
  • Translate emerging technology into use cases relevant to Fingerpaint teams and clients, supporting the Product team.
  • Track engagement with curated content and use results to improve sources, formats, and delivery.

  • Build reusable storytelling infrastructure, including templates, content libraries, message frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows, to make product communications consistent, current, and efficient to produce.
  • Work with the New Business team and its systems, acting as a conduit to Corporate Communications, to provide accurate and current Product & Applied AI content for RFIs and RFPs and flag gaps or outdated material.
  • Measure engagement with product and sales materials and use results to optimize content and delivery.
