About The Position

The Technology Development Program (TDP) is a two-year rotational development program for individuals with a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. Participants gain hands-on experience supporting two Cybersecurity teams, develop technical expertise and business acumen, and build a foundation for a long-term career in Cybersecurity. The program combines career planning, technical and competency-based training, mentorship, and challenging assessments, with flexibility to shape participants’ career paths. In the Cloud Security Operations rotation, the employee supports the security, governance, and risk management of the Bank’s cloud environments. The team works with technology and cybersecurity stakeholders to strengthen cloud security controls, identify and address potential risks, and support the secure adoption and operation of cloud platforms. Through monitoring, security best practices, and collaboration, the team helps protect customer and corporate information and advance the Bank’s cybersecurity posture.
