About The Position

Temco Logistics is hiring a Technician to operate a 26-foot box truck on local, multi-stop routes and deliver and install household appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, and cooktops. The role involves safely handling equipment, connecting basic water lines, valves, and electrical components, using mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records, and providing customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients. Technicians perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols. Paid training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, load, unload, and move more than 100 pounds using proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort using GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and DOT physical.
• Valid driver's license with current for-hire endorsement.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles is preferred.
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing or electrical work is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
