About The Position

As a Maintenance Tech I, you will provide quality results for guests by applying maintenance skills and customer service expertise, helping ensure that each unit and building is in proper working order. You will perform general facility maintenance under supervision, complete directed service requests and repairs, maintain make-ready units, and help keep the resort’s interior and exterior areas in good condition. The role also includes inspecting building systems, reporting deficiencies to a supervisor, and following company safety programs.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient production.
• Complete service requests and repairs as directed, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures and perform basic repairs to doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape areas, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
