About The Position
The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by preparing units for cleaning after guest departures, while meeting the company’s quality standards. The role handles linen duties and maintains the organization, cleanliness, and stock levels of department storage areas. It also follows the company’s safety program and applicable OSHA and Global Harmonized System (GHS) chemical regulations. The Houseperson helps keep the resort clean for guests, supports housekeeping with supplies and unit upkeep, and delivers requested items to guest units. This position requires effective communication, the ability to work independently and follow instructions, a professional appearance, and a positive, team-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide housekeeping throughout the resort to maintain a clean environment for guests.
- Assist the housekeeping team with supplies and unit upkeep, including delivering linen, paper products, and unit amenities.
- Strip and make beds, and assist with cleaning as needed.
- Remove trash from units and floors.
- Coordinate and prepare linen and amenities bags.
- Receive, sort, fold, and collect soiled linen.
- Organize, clean, and maintain department storage areas and stock levels according to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Deliver requested items to guest units, such as irons, coffee, paper products, and kitchen utensils.
- Follow the company safety program and OSHA and GHS chemical regulations.
