About The Position

As a Guest Services Associate at Club Wyndham Palm Aire Resort, you welcome guests and provide service throughout their stay, from registration through checkout. You share information about the resort and nearby attractions, provide room-rate quotes, and reserve and confirm individual or group reservations. The role also involves processing transactions, handling and balancing cash, and ensuring guest folios reflect the correct charges and credits. You respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and completely.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly service.
• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions according to established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier and money-handling responsibilities.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify that guest folios show the correct charges and credits.
• Reserve and confirm individual and group reservations.
• Provide guests with room-rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
