About The Position

As a Maintenance Tech I at Club Wyndham Avenue Plaza, you will provide quality maintenance results for guests by applying maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep units and buildings in working order. You will perform general facility maintenance under supervision, complete service requests and repairs, support make-ready units, maintain fixtures and building components, care for exterior landscaping, and follow company safety programs.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient production.
• Perform directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures and components, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and performing general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
