About The Position

As a Maintenance Tech I, you will help provide quality results for guests by applying maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep resort units and buildings in proper working order. Under supervision, you will perform general facility maintenance and service requests, complete repairs and make-ready work, maintain fixtures and building components, and help keep outdoor areas clean. You will also inspect building systems, report deficiencies to your supervisor, and follow company safety programs.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient production.
• Complete directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
• Perform directed maintenance work for make-ready units.
• Repair or replace general fixtures and components, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape areas, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and performing general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
