About The Position

The Maintenance Technician provides quality maintenance results for guests by using maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep resort units and buildings in working order. The role performs general facility maintenance under supervision, handles directed service requests and repairs, and assists with make-ready unit maintenance. It also includes inspecting and cleaning building systems, maintaining the outside landscape, and following company safety programs. The schedule is 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with open availability and weekend work required.

Requirements

• Open availability for the 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficient production.
• Complete directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
• Perform maintenance work on make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic repair and replacement knowledge to general fixtures and to doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain the outside landscape, including emptying and picking up trash and performing general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to the supervisor.
• Adhere to company safety programs.
