About The Position

The Technician III, Facilities Maintenance, is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment for Walmart corporate real-estate locations. Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including preventative maintenance and repairs of commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate resources, monitor progress, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Proficiency in equipment repair, lock out/tag out procedures, and construction-related tasks.
  • Commitment to safety compliance, risk assessment, and providing safety instruction to personnel.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
  • Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade or 7 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • 1 year’s experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
