What you 'll do Facilities Services supports Pioneer’s mission by ensuring that its building and facilities are safe, efficient, and sustainable so the organization’s programs and operations can thrive. The Maintenance Technician III position requires advanced skills and is responsible for the repair and remodel of PHS facilities and capital improvement projects. The Maintenance Technician III oversees a work crew and directs work on the jobsite.

Requirements

Minimum five years of experience in construction remodel, facility maintenance, residential or commercial tenant improvement
Minimum two years of experience leading a team of 1-2 direct reports.
Must possess a valid driver license and qualify as a PHS Approved Driver.
