About The Position

As a student - Contracts Configuration Technician, you will be responsible for the configuration and updating of contracts in our various systems. You will perform the following functions: Perform contract parameter configuration activities for the entire lifecycle of a contract in different systems: new sales, renewals, plan changes, and terminations. Perform contract parameter verification activities in the various systems. Apply quality assurance measures, monitor and evaluate work results. Verify the relevance and accuracy of data and obtain missing information from the people concerned. Produce all elements necessary for the production of deliverables for an implementation or a contract modification within the expected deadlines and according to the contract type. Perform the loading of members as part of new implementations in compliance with the data provided by the previous insurer, the contract structure, and the contractual clauses. Diagnose and correct configuration-related problems, communicate with other relevant departments, and ensure follow-up of files. Document all tasks performed in the designated places. Provide technical support to team members.

Requirements

Be enrolled in a full-time study program in a college or university program in the fall of 2026.
Mastery of the French language, both spoken and written.
