Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in contracts administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating commercial and government contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset combined with sound judgment.
  • Ability to lead discussions on contract performance and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer contracts and ensuring compliance while protecting the company's interests.
  • Take the lead in complex proposals and contract activities, collaborating closely with various departments such as Business Development, Finance, Engineering, and Quality.
  • Interpret medium to large OEM quotes.
  • Independently administer contracts.
  • Act as the primary contact for contract-related matters.
  • Monitor performance.
  • Prepare essential documentation.
  • Facilitate negotiations to align with management guidelines.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
