Entry Level Technician Apprenticeship
About The Position
We are looking for bright, high-capacity individuals who want to pursue a career path in automotive service and repair. We provide a training program for those looking to get into the industry that sets you on a path to experience a great career as a technician. We train the rest! This is a full-time position with a 3-day workweek (12-hour shifts), but paid for 40 hours. No experience necessary; we provide all the training and coaching. All you need to bring is a positive mindset and a desire to grow and learn as a technician!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- High capacity, strong work ethic, high energy, attention to detail, good problem-solving skills.
- Automotive enthusiasm.
- Dexterity, steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer competencies.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
